The Relaxed Soul on “Cleaning a Negative Thought”

Dr. Paul Haider - 1When we spill something we automatically clean it up,

Using a mop, a towel, and whatever we need to make it spotless.

And when we have negative thoughts…

We create a lack of connection to God…

Thus we should clean the mind with positive thoughts…

And self love and determination.

These 3 things…

Are the mop that sops up negative thoughts…

Then we use meditation to make the mind spotless.

Thus we find Nirvana with God.
