Chaste Tree Berry – Chaste Tree Berry can stimulate ovulation and thus help with fertility and conception. Chaste Tree Berry stimulates gestation hormones thus getting the body ready for pregnancy. Chaste Tree Berry together with vitamins and green tea were used in a study to stimulate fertility… and within 5 months 1/3rd of the participants were pregnant.
Heavy Metals Poisoning – Dimercapto Succinic Acid or DMSA is a powerful oral heavy metal chelating supplement that works well to get rid of heavy metals including mercury, lead, cadmium and arsenic which can create female infertility. And in todays world we have so many heavy metals around that are toxic. Heavy metals are prevalent in Africa, India, China, and around the globe creating health challenges.
We live in a toxic world and lots of places are contaminated with heavy metals, and because of that it’s very important that we detox our bodies with foods such as Cilantro and agents such as Bentonite Clay both of which help remove heavy metals… but also with supplements.
I remember doing my first DMSA cleansing, I started taking the supplement and found that after one week of detoxing… I was feeling much better and had a lot more energy and vitality.
Many of us had mercury fillings in our teeth and because of that it’s important to remove as much of the heavy metals from our bodies as possible.
Symptoms of Heavy Metal Poisoning – Symptoms of heavy metal poisoning include headaches, rhinitis, nerve pain, unable to think clearly, cardiomyopathy, high blood pressure, mental disabilities, liver and prostate problems, anemia, cancer, depression, gingivitis, skin rashes, muscle weakness, kidney failure, reduced intelligence, learning disabilities, gout, memory loss, hormone imbalances, immune problems, male and female infertility, behavioral changes, eczema, no energy, just not feeling right, garlic breath and even more problems.
Study – A study of nine children who were exposed to mercury who were given DMSA had their blood mercury levels decreased… and they had no signs of mercury neurotoxicity after chelation.
Study – Another study showed that DMSA in lab animals was the most effective way to remove heavy metals from the brain. And there are lots of other great studies showing the effectiveness of DMSA.
Hair Testing – It’s important to check your heavy metal toxicity by having a hair analysis done, heavy metals builds up in your hair. If you google “Heavy Metal Hair Analysis” you will find lots of labs that will send you a kit for doing this analysis.
Just send in a hair sample and they will send you back your breakdown of heavy metals in your body for a nominal fee. You will get back a test report for arsenic, aluminum, mercury, cadmium, lead, antimony and many more heavy metals.
Post chelation hair testing should be done to check for removal of heavy metals… and thus you can tell if you need to do more chelation.
Over time chelation should be repeated because we have constant exposure to heavy metals.

Alpha-Lipoic Acid – In order to chelate heavy metals from the brain Alpha Lipoic Acid needs to be taken… but should be taken a few months after the most of the heavy metals have been removed. Then a new round of chelation is started.
Vitamins – DMSA may remove important vitamins and minerals from the body and because of this supplementation with vitamins is important.
Probiotics – Because heavy metals are being leached out of tissues, over growth of bad bacteria in the gut may take place and also yeast and fungi. So it’s very important to promote growth of good bacteria with a probiotic diet and probiotic supplements.
Takes Time – It takes time to chelate heavy metals from the bones, brain, and body in general, could take up to one year with on and off chelation for soft tissue… and up to 7 years for bone build up of heavy metals.
Dose – Most people recommend 500 mgs per day, taking the supplement for 3 to 7 days… and then not taking the supplement for 7 days. DMSA usually comes in 100 mg capsules so that means taking 5 capsules a day. DMSA should be taken between meals for best absorption.
Finding DMSA – If you google “Order DMSA” or “Buy DMSA” a lot of places will come up on-line. They even have it on Amazon if you are interested.
Side Effects – Lots of studies show that DMSA is very safe and generally works very well. Some people in very rare instances have rashes, constipation, GI tract upsets.
In extremely rare cases a handful of people have temporary liver inflammation, still others have temporary bone marrow suppression. But as I said these are very rare instances.
Most people have no problem with DMSA and feel better after chelation. And for me DMSA was a God send, I feel better and I do chelation therapy on a regular basis.
Check with Your Doctor – Always check with your doctor when doing any kind of chelation therapy.
Prescription Drugs – Many prescription drugs have side effects that include infertility. And doing a detox diet of organic food will help to remove many of these chemicals from the body and start the normal balanced flow of female hormones.
Also doing coffee enemas will help to detox the body of chemicals from toxic prescription drugs.
Coffee Enema Process
Remember a coffee enema is a low enema, you don’t want to use too much coffee. Add 3 tablespoons of “organic” automatic drip grind coffee to one quart of distilled boiling water and let boil for only a couple of minutes… and then let it simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Then add back enough water to make a complete quart and let cool to body temperature.

Make sure the enema tube is clamp off, and now add the coffee to the enema bag. Hang the bag up about 1 1/2 to 2 feet above your body and lay on your right side on the floor in the bathroom and insert the tip of enema tube… now open the clamp to allow the coffee to flow in. When all the coffee is in… close the clamp and remove the tube. Now hold the coffee in while laying on your right side for 15 minutes… then get up and use the toilet.
Right away you will start to feel better… it really does work!
Plastics – Plastics create estrogen like hormones in the body thus creating hormone imbalances. It’s very important to eat and drink from paper, ceramic, and glass instead of plastics. Plastics are a huge problem that must be addressed… but so far no one is doing so.
Stay away from plastics as much as possible.
Meditation – Meditation helps to get rid of stress and stress causes hormone problems. Stress in fact can cause disease like cancer, heart attacks, strokes and just about any disease known to mankind.
Taking 20 minutes first thing in the morning and 20 minutes in the evening to do TM, Breath Work, or Vipassana Meditation helps to bring stress under control and thus helps to balance hormones.
I had a client of mine do meditation for the first time and his blood sugar dropped 30 points. – Amazing!
A 2009 National Institute of Health Study MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) study showed that meditation helped regulate the endocrine system. This means daily meditation promotes a health endocrine system and hormonal balance.
Also yoga is of great help and includes meditation.
Cosmetics and Skin Care Products – Use all natural organic skin care and body care products. Lots of body care and cosmetics are full of toxic chemicals that cause havoc with the endocrine system… thus creating hormonal problems.
Some cosmetics contain triclosan, petrochemicals, lead and other heavy metals, phthalates, Methylbenzylidene, parabens, and many other chemicals that lead to endometriosis, fibroids, cysts, mood swings, lethargy, and much more.
Use Organic Cosmetics and Skin Care Products.
Eat Organic – Eat organic food because pesticides and hormones in non-organic foods play havoc with our immune system and hormonal system.
The Association of Reproductive Health Professionals says there is a trend towards the following diseases with pesticides in our food – Low sperm count, fewer males being born, early puberty for girls, cancer, low testosterone in males, lots of birth defects, and endocrine disruptors that can make our hormonal system hyperactive or block hormone production.
Women exposed to the pesticide atrazine had low birthweight babies, menstrual problems, and more. And some of these chemicals cause genetic problems, changing the way genes are expressed… thus causing disease.
GMO Crops – A study in the Journal of Food and Chemical Toxicology show that GMO crops cause hormonal imbalances.
Rats fed GMO corn and other crops had estrogen imbalances and had a 3 times the amount of mammary tumors (breast cancers) compared to control groups… and males had liver and kidney disease and a lot more.
Eat Non-GMO Foods – Eat Organic!
Eat Whole Organic Foods – Give up white rice and bleached grains, and any kind of processed food. Processed food has been shown to cause high insulin thus causing diabetes, high estrogen levels causing tumors, and high cortisol levels causing stress related depression, anxiety, and disease.
Eat whole foods and lots of green organic veggies, these veggies bring about a revival of endocrine tissues in the body… thus restoring hormonal balance.
Eat Organic Whole Foods!
Wheat – Wheat intolerance and sensitivity causes adrenal exhaustion, estrogen imbalances, high blood sugar, mood swings, weight gains, fat accumulation, inflammation, brain lesions, and can even result in premature death.
It’s not easy eating wheat free, but for those with celiac disease a little bit of wheat (the size of 1/2 a pea) can cause lots of problems.
The Celiac Support Association says – “In people with CD (Celiac Disease), eating certain types of protein fractions, collectively called gluten, set off an immune mediated response at the site of the epithelial cells. This abnormal, cellular level immune activity can affect all organs.”
Eliminate Wheat Your Diet.
Carbs – Carbohydrates cause anxiety, fatigue, depression, poor sleep and more. And hormonal imbalances such as thyroid, estrogen, insulin, and testosterone being out of balance.
Dr. Micheal Noonan and advocate for lifestyle changes says – “I strongly disagree with the current dietary advice to eat a lot of whole-grain foods. Grain-based foods cause insulin release, period. Even whole grains are 70 percent carbs, which means they are basically 70 percent sugar. The worst culprit by far is wheat, but all grains are “carb dense.”’
Eat lots of green leafy organic veggies… green veggies are key to hormone balance!
Sleep – Not getting enough sleep causes high cortisol levels, and that creates stress, which causes long term hormonal imbalances. Getting enough sleep is vital for a healthy hormone balance.
As it says in Ayurvedic Medicine go to bed at 10PM and get up at 6AM… that’s our normal circadian rhythm our body needs to stay healthy.
Get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep every night.
Exercise – Exercise is important and exercising one hour a day with moderate exercise is great for the body. Especially walking, swimming, light weight training, aerobics, and biking.
But being a exercise fanatic causes hormonal imbalance, exercising too hard is not the answer… moderate exercise is the key.
One of the best exercises we can do is the “Belly Push” pushing away from the dinner table, hard to do… but has amazing results.
Exercise is important – if we have lots of adipose tissue (Fat) that fat tissue takes on a life of it’s own, causing “Metabolic Syndrome”… leading to hormone imbalance, disease, and even death.
Do one hour of moderate exercise everyday!
