Here’s a 3 stage process for attaining a closer relationship with God.
First Stage – Restrain speech bringing silence to the forefront of the mind.
Second Stage – Restrain the mind (Silence the Mind)…
Our mind is always concentrating on the world (Maya) with chatter
and thus the mind is caught up in the 5 senses,
when our mind quiets down we start connecting to God (Wisdom),
Thus giving more power to God in our life.
When the first two stages are accomplished we slowly enter the third stage.
Third Stage – God Silence – Bliss, Light, Love, and Ultimate Joy!
