“Fiber for a Beautiful Healthy Body”

Many people talk about the fact that we need fiber for health, but fiber also helps us look healthy and lose weight to have that sexy looking body. Here are a few things that fiber can do to create a great looking healthy body.

Look Great, Feel Great, and Lose Weight

Look Great, Feel Great, and Lose Weight

Most people eat less than 25% of the daily fiber they need. But when we decide to eat more fiber we start losing weight, and that weight loss means a great looking body. Doubling our intake of fiber can add up to losing as much as 10 to 20 lbs of excess body weight in a very short time. This happens because fiber is indigestible and thus cannot be broken down to create more nutrients for the body, which in turn would normally create more fat. In simple terms is means the more fiber we eat the more weight we lose. And fiber fills us up so we feel full… thus we don’t feel hungry and thus we lose even more weight.

And fiber remove toxins from our bodies thus helping to bring about vibrant healthy looking skin. Some toxins become trapped in fat tissue in our skin layers. This leads to dull skin that lacks elasticity and vibrance. And fiber also removes cholesterol from the body improving skin tone and slowing the aging process.

Organic beans, lentils, and some whole grains are great for introducing more fiber into our diet and especially beans. Beans are full of great fiber that keeps the body trim and looking great. And they are inexpensive food which lowers our weekly grocery bill and creates a better bottom line at the end of the month. Beans have lots of wonderful fiber that boost our immune system by creating a place for probiotic bacteria to grow. Thus allowing good bacteria to keep us healthy and preventing bad bacteria from taking over and creating disease. Good colon health means good health in general, and eating more beans can reduce the risk of colon and rectal cancer. And beans contain lots of antioxidants, in fact kidney beans contain more antioxidants than blueberries… amazing! This means beans can boost our immune system and help prevent disease.

A study at Tulane University showed that eating 4 servings of beans a week lowered the incidents of heart disease by more than 20%. Plus beans have lots of potassium and magnesium that relax blood vessels thus lowering blood pressure. And soybeans contain Natto Kinase which open clogged arteries just as well as enzymes that doctors use for treating heart attacks. And beans lower homocysteine levels thus fighting inflammation, thus we look good, because we have less inflammation… and feel great.

Studies with beans show that the more beans we eat the easier it is to control our blood sugar. Beans stabilize our blood sugar because beans have a low glycemic index, which means they break down into sugars very slowly… making them wonderful food for weight loss. The less excess blood sugar we have around the slower we age… thus we look more vital and alive.

There was as study with wheat bran and beans in two different groups, at the end of study it was found that the wheat bran group lowered cholesterol and blood sugar. But the group that consumed beans lowered blood sugar, cholesterol, and lowered blood pressure. And because beans lower blood pressure they prevent renal disease… because high blood pressure is a leading causes of renal disease.

All this means we lose weight, have better looking skin, age slower, have strong immune systems, are less prone to disease, have lower blood pressure and blood sugar… and are less likely to have a heart attacks. It seems simple to eat more fiber, but on average most people eat a lot of processed food which contains little or no fiber. So in general it’s important that we avoid processed food, and eat healthy, living, vital organic food that is full of great fiber. Tribal people that have little or no connection with civilization… eat lots of fiber and have very little in the way modern diseases. This means we have to go back to a simpler way of eating and living.

Eating more fiber make us lose weight, look good, and feel great!
