As the stranger walked through the streets of the village a huge crowd started to follow him. He walked to the very end of the village and came upon a large knoll that he climbed to see everyone around him. And then a small voice from the back of the crowds said; Tells us who we can trust, who will help us in this life time oh Holy One?
And the stranger said unto them; There are four types of people that have come to this plane. There are those that have been with you through many eons and many lives. We know them right away, they are our friends, mentors, and special people in our lives. As soon as we meet them we know right away, because it seems like we’ve known them forever. Right away we start to talking and hours pass away like pouring water. These beings are of a higher vibration, who have come to our aid through many lifetimes. They love and care for us and only want the best for us… no matter what happens. They are there for us through thick and thin, through the ups and downs, and through the hard times and the good times.
Many times they will allow us to flounder, gather strength, and become more powerful on our own. They do not interfere, yet they are always there for us, they are the ones we can count on, not for material things but for guidance and love. They hold us when we cry and cheer for us during the good times. They’ll always be honest with us, for they have no agenda other than to see us grow and vibrate at a higher frequency.
Most of these people are to be friends, not lovers and love ones. They have to be objective, they have to be able to stand back and see the whole situation from a third party perspective. And because of that they can see us in a whole new light. Because many times being part of the trappings of family makes it impossible to see every situation without bias or preconceived ideas. Thus they’re always totally honest with us, because they want only our highest good.
We have to create our own path according to the will of our soul. But these beings do us a great service… because they love us unconditionally. And unconditional love is very hard to come by. Not even our spouse, mothers, fathers, and other family members will love us unconditionally. For they have their own path to walk and many times their path is divergent from ours.
But these beings of higher accord have no agenda, they have walked their own path over many eons. So now they focus on others, they focus on how to help others on their path. That is not to say they don’t have their own path, they do! It’s just that their focus is on helping others… which is what selfless service is all about. This is the focus that all of us should have. All of us should strive to give selfless service in order to make life better on this planet. This takes time, 99% of all beings on this planet are making their way the best they can. Only 1% come back to focus on others… but this should be the goal of everyone. Selfless, loving, and caring service to others is what love is all about.
So cherish these special people who have come to help in a million ways. Hug them, hold them close to you… for they will always be there.
All of a sudden the sun became extremely bright and the sound of angels filled the air… a chorus of delight that no one had ever heard before. And the music created contentment and peace among the crowd… a peace that was beyond words. And the stranger looked up into the sky and nodded with a very interesting smile on his face.
