“How to Make a Anti-Inflammatory Spread”

Inflammation is very common in this day and age, and inflammation starts the process of disease. So it’s very important to use herbs and healing foods to eliminate inflammation. Here is a great tasting recipe for making a healing spread that can be used on gluten free toast 2 or 3 times a week to keep inflammation at bay… plus this is a great spread for those who hate taking pills.

Ingredients:

17 – Ounces of Amla Fruit Jam – This is a thick Ayurvedic jam with lots of antioxidants and multiple herbs that are great for good health and great vitality. In fact this jam goes back 2000 years and it contains over 20 different herbs for great health. The main ingredient is amla fruit which is a powerful antioxidant. “Chyawanparash” is one of the most common amla fruit jams brands and can be found at any good Ayurvedic or East Indian Store.

10,200 – Mgs of Turmeric Powder – Buy 600 mg capsules and open them up and add the powder to the spread.

8,500 – Mgs of Boswellia Powder – Buy 250 mg capsules and open them up and add the powder to the spread.

Mix all three ingredients with a spoon because the amla fruit jam is very thick, and add little bit of water if the consistency is too thick for your liking. The mixture can be put back into the jam container or placed in a different jar with a tight fitting lid… remember to label.

Take a teaspoon of this spread 2 or 3 times a week. This spread will keep away inflammation and boost vitality and bring about feelings of well being. Then take a break from using it for a week, and then go back to using this spread to keep away inflammation and to get rid of inflammation in general. One week on, one week off, because all herbs should only be used for 7 to 10 days at a time.
