As we clean our bathroom to make it healthy…
So too we are to cleans our minds of desires to make it healthy,
To let go of discontentment,
To purge away anger and hatred,
To let go of the past,
For these things cannot exist in the heart with LOVE.
Thus all of this must be washed away…
Leaving only good vibrations of peace, gratitude, and compassion.
Thus we are set free… and as it says in all the great spiritual texts.
