“This quick and simple recipe is full of lots of great garlic flavor, the nutrition of kale, roasted red peppers, and carrots and more. It takes only minutes to make and it’s great as a party dish for those that want to eat healthy and have something that will keep a person going for hours!”
7 – Pounds of organic potatoes cooked with a full head of organic garlic. (Also taro root, name’, or tapioca root could be used to replace the potatoes)
2 – Pounds of organic carrots chopped – Boiled with one head of mashed organic garlic.
4 – Large Roasted Organic Red Peppers, fire roasted to remove the skin and seeds removed. Also organic red peppers can be found in jars ready to use.
4 – Cups of Organic Kale or Chinese Cabbage, or any other organic leafy green and some seasoning of your choice.
10 – Ounces of Cooked Organic Garbanzo Beans – Blended with 6 Organic Garlic Cloves.
Salt and pepper to taste.
A little organic spray oil for the skillet.
In 17 inch cast iron skillet or some other large skillet that is sprayed with a little organic oil put down a layer of garlic mashed potatoes. Then add a layer of blended organic garlic garbanzo beans, then a layer of organic garlic carrots, then a layer of organic roasted red peppers, then a layer of organic kale, and then add another layer of organic garlic mashed potatoes. Remember on the kale layer add some seasoning of your choice like Italian seasoning, Cajun seasoning, or anything else and salt and pepper to taste. And top with a few slices of red pepper before popping in the the oven.
Place in a preheated 400 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until the top of the casserole turns nice and brown.
Let cool slightly and cut into serving portions… this will be a great hit!
Kale is great for the body and some people call it a miracle food.
Kale is full of lots of nutrients found in green leafy veggies that will alkalize your body… and it’s full of Vitamins, A (more than 500% of your RDA of Vitamin A), C (More than 200%), and B6 and K (About 700%) and also calcium, manganese, and potassium. Kale also contains iron for building red blood cells and preventing anemia and boosting vitality.

Garbanzo Beans are a very important source of molybdenum which helps in the process of detoxing the body. They are also high in fiber and protein and help lower cholesterol especially the LDL or bad cholesterol… and thus also help with preventing heart disease. They also lower blood sugar levels.
Garbanzos also contain 84.5% of the body’s daily manganese which is a good anti-oxidant and helps with the immune system. And Garbanzos also contain a good amount of iron needed for healthy hemoglobin and tryptophan which helps you relax and de-stress the body in general.
