At the end of 30 days you will have lots of vitality, many of you will have diseases disappear, many will have wrinkles disappear, and many will look 10 to 30 years younger… simply by only eating raw fruits and veggies for 30 days!

Starts July 1st and goes through July 30th 2015.

In fact I will be doing this challenge along with you.

We will be eating nothing but great raw fruits and veggies for 30 days.

Remember – Nothing cooked!

Cooked food loses up to 75% of all it’s nutrition!

Cooked food loses 100% of all it’s live enzymes!

And those live enzymes are very important for health and vitality.

There is 82 years old man and he was not feeling well at all. And then he decided to change his life and start eating only raw fruits and veggies, and now he’s feeling 55 years old—WOW!

Also cooked food is seen by the body as an invader and the body sends out white blood cells and antibodies to fight off the invader. This is very taxing on our immune system. Not so with raw foods, the body welcomes all raw foods without a immune response… thus during this 30 day challenge our immune systems will become healthier.

Also raw foods are very detoxing for our liver and the rest of our tissues.

I recommend eating only organic food because organic food is free of herbicides, pesticides, and chemical fertilizers.

And remember you only need 5 or 6% protein and that’s exactly what you get from fruits and veggies. And if you want more protein take some Chlorella– Chlorella contains 60 different nutrients and all the essential and none essential proteins – GREAT STUFF!

Just try to keep a balance of fruits, green veggies, and other veggies and limit salt and added oils as much as possible – but don’t go overboard. Balance is the key here!

It’s summer time and there are lots of wonderful fruits and veggies in the Supermarkets, at Farmers Markets, and other places where you buy food.

It’s time to get healthy!

The first two weeks will be the hardest… people are addicted to cooked food.

But the mind game will pass in a week or two and then it will be easy.

    May I please ask where do you get enough protein for your system with a daily raw diet? I am starting to switch to more veggies, but the “no protein” is very hard for me to follow.

    • Hi-Caroline – We only need 5 to 6 percent protein and is exactly what we get from all plant sources – Watch the Movie “Forks Over Knives” and “Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead” on-line for Free and you will see what I mean.

      I have been a vegan for years and for the most part I eat only fruits and veggies – and I am in great shape. Also look at this website where there are award winning people who are in great shape who are vegans – http://www.greatveganathletes.com/bodybuilders – they don’t look like they are lacking for protein to me.

      And in the movie “Forks Over Knives” they found the more animal protein one eats the more cancer came up – over 5 or 6 percent and cancer shot up 80% – Wow!

      We eat way too much animal protein in the US – in fact in India and many Buddhist countries they don’t eat animal protein at all.

      It’s all a myth that is perpetuated by the USDA to keep the meat industry going with disregard for our health.

    I was wondering about eating raw cruciferous vegetables and hypothyroidism and have you seen this as a problem. Also in Chinese medicine they view cold and raw foods as very damaging to spleen energy and advocate more warm and cooked foods. Just wondering what you think of this theory.

    • Actually they talk about warm foods, and sometimes the attributes of “warming foods” which has nothing to do with heat,
      in fact when making Chinese Herbal Remedies they don’t want the water to boil.– and they say not to drink ice colds drinks.

      And on this diet you can warm foods to less than 116 degrees, higher than 116 degrees up to 75% of all nutrients are lost and 100% of all live enzymes.

      And those live enzymes are vitally important for healing our immune system and keeping away cancer.

      In fact the well known Dr. Bernard Jenson who created iridology came down with cancer.
      He was in the hospital and weighed 98 pounds, and his partner Dr. Bodeen came to see him and asked what happened… you know what foods to eat.
      And Dr. Jensen said-Yes and I have been cooking all of them and enjoying them.
      And Dr. Bodeen – said “COOKING THEM – OH NO”
      and right then and there Dr. Bodeen put Dr. Jensen on a regiment of raw green juices and within no time at all Dr. Jensen’s cancer disappeared and he was completely healed.
      Wow!

      And I feel that our biggest threat to thyroid which is causing most of our thyroid problems is Plastic – it plays havoc with our thyroid. And I have not seen raw cruciferous vegetables cause problems – I eat them all the time.

      And I am living proof that Raw Foods Do Work!
