“Protocol for Healing Varicose Veins”

Varicose veins are a challenge that can open the door to other health challenges such as phlebitis, which if not taken care of can even lead to death. So it’s important to take care of ever part of our vascular system thus making sure our body stays in perfect harmony. Here is a great process for preventing and healing varicose veins.

Varicose Veins

First of all what we eat does make a difference in the integrity in the vessels of body. Personally I had a few large varicose veins on my left leg, and then I started eating nothing but organic raw foods. Within less than 30 days those large veins flattened down and disappeared… just because I was eating nothing but organic raw fruits and veggies. This was not something I expected to happen during my 30 days of eating raw food, but it was wonderful surprise. So eating organic raw fruits and veggies are very healing to the vessels of our body, because they contain lots of live enzymes.

Also horse chestnut in the amount of 300 msg twice a day works wonders for getting rid of inflammation, itchiness, and swelling of varicose veins. And Grapefruit peel tea contains lots of powerful antioxidants such as naringin that help to prevent cardiovascular disease and strokes. It also helps with repairing and preventing DNA damage. Most people know that pineapple contains bromelian but grapefruit peel also contains bromelian making it a good agent for helping with pain. Grapefruit peel contains lots of powerful anti-inflammatory agents thus helping with redness, swelling, and pain.

Ashitaba is a great herb is well known in Japan and in Asia … and they have done lots of great studies showing it’s healing properties and have come to call it the “Longevity Herb”. In fact Japan has a very high percentage rate of people who live to be extremely old… and this herb just might be why and it works well for healing varicose veins. Ashitaba contains lots of trace minerals, beta-carotene for boosting the immune system, also saponins, glycosides, flavonoids, and germanium which also help to boost the immune system, protein, coumarin to prevent excessive clotting, magnesium for good rest and enzyme production, and fiber for constipation. Ashitaba contains lots of chalcones which are compounds that contain high amounts of vitamins A, B’s, C, E, carotene, iron for anemia, calcium for strong bones, potassium for water regulation and cardiovascular health, fiber for production of probiotic bacteria, proteins for muscles, and chlorophyll for healing and increasing metabolism.

Ashitaba contains xanthoangelol E, xanthoangelol, and even 4-hydroxyderricin which are all amazingly powerful antioxidants which are important for healing varicose veins. Chalcones is one of the most powerful compounds known to man… plus there are no side effects of any kind. Ashitaba is a great anti-inflammatory agent making it important for keeping away all diseases in general, because inflammation creates disease. Most people eat 6 or 7 raw leaves a day, or they can be juiced or made into tea or used in cooking.

Also walking is vitally important, long periods of sitting causes of complications with the vessels of our legs. Thus slowly adding more and more miles of walking daily strengthens muscles and adds tone to the body and prevents congestion and stocking in the lower extremities.

Turmeric is one of the best anti-inflammatory herbs around, in fact it works just about as well as anti-inflammatory prescription drugs… and it also helps with pain and works wonders for varicose veins.

Turmeric is great for arthritis and also inflammatory bowel disease of any kind… and it also works great for people who have Cystic Fibrosis, and it can help with the inflammation of varicose veins. Plus turmeric lowers cholesterol, and improves liver function, provides protection from heart attacks and strokes. Turmeric is one of the best and least expensive wonder herbs on the market. Most people take 3 or 4 – 500 msg capsules of turmeric every day.

Also detox the body with lots of healing organic veggie juices that jumpstart rejuvenation of tissues such as alkalizing cucumber, celery, kale, broccoli, cabbage, and other green leafy veggies. At the beginning take 6 glasses daily of organic green veggie juice for the first week or two… then tapper back to 2 or 3 glasses a day.

And taking Chlorella which contains over 60 vitamins is important for varicose veins, it also contains lots of protein (up to 75% protein, one of the highest protein foods around… much more than beef or even fish. Protein is important for healthy muscles, veins and arteries, skin, hair, and nails), great enzymes, and minerals that are essential for vascular health. That’s why they call green algae super food, and that’s why you see so many nutrient pack drinks on the market containing green algae. Almost 100% of the nutrients in green algae can be absorbed into your body… compared to around 20% with vitamin and mineral supplements… thus you get more nutrients helping your body. Be sure to use broken cell algae so it can be digested.

Chlorella also contains lots of zinc, copper, selenium, manganese, iron, calcium and even B, C, E and K Vitamins, and 8 essential proteins and 10 none essential proteins… all of these are healing for varicose veins. Take 3,000 msg daily every morning.

All of these great ways of healing varicose veins will lead to great looking healthy vessels and skin.
