Banana trees (It’s actually a tall grass) are very tall and have a middle core that is great raw in salads… because it’s crips and has a light refreshing flavor. And Banana Stems can be cooked in soups, stews, and other dishes. Plus Banana Stems are full of similar nutrients as in the banana, with lots of water for hydration, and lots of potassium and other trace minerals that we need when we are working hard.
