There are a few wonderful herbs and foods that might have the ability to revitalize our beta cells in our pancreas which produce insulin… and thus healing diabetes. One of the reasons why people become diabetic is because their beta cells die, and thus they don’t produce enough insulin to control their blood sugar. But here are a few herbs and foods which can help regenerate beta cells and heal the pancreas.
Organic Cucurbita Pumpkin Seed Extract – Extract from the pumpkin Cucurbita ficifolia (or sometimes called Malabar or Fig Leaf Gourd) as sited in the Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture in animal studies to restore insulin levels by 95% of normal levels in just 30 days… and that’s pretty amazing nothing else works as well this amazing gourd.
Organic Bitter Melon – Bitter Melon contains three potent compounds which work together for the healing of pancreatic beta cells — Oleanolic Acid Glycosides, Charanti, and Polypeptide P which is an insulin like polypeptide which helps to lower blood sugar. All three together and especially Oleanolic Acid Glycosides seem to increase the number of beta cells in the pancreas, thus helping the healing of diabetes.
Organic Turmeric Powder – Studies show that adding organic turmeric to the diet of rats stimulated beta cell regeneration. Turmeric has so many powerful healing abilities that it’s important to include organic turmeric in ones diet daily.
Organic Green Leafy Plants – Organic greens such as turnip greens, swiss chard, spinach, collard greens, and other bright green organic plants also help to revitalize beta cells and protect them from early death.
Organic Stevia Powder – Stevia is a harmonizing agent for the whole body and can protect beta cells in the pancreas and also lower blood sugar at the same time. And it’s also a great none nutritive sweetener which does not increase blood sugar or create a response from the pancreas to produce insulin.
Organic Avocado Seed Powder – Organic avocado seed is one of the most powerful antioxidants around. Studies show that organic avocado seed can promote the regrowth of beta cells and prevent beta from dying in the first place.
Organic Fermented Unsalted Soy Products – Organic fermented and unsalted soy products contain genistein and have been shown in studies to protect beta cells from premature death and prevent diabetes in general. These products include fermented tofu, natto, fermented soy milk, temph, stinky tofu, and some other types of organic fermented and unsalted soy products. And these products may also help to prevent other types of diseases.
Organic Corn Silk – Organic corn silk has the ability to work as a good diuretic and also helps rejuvenate beta cells and prevent beta cell death.
Organic Gymenma Sylvestra – Also known as the sugar destroyer from India has been shown in studies to protect and revitalize beta cells.
Shilajit – A mineral compound from India that is widely used in Ayurvedic Medicine contains over 85 different compounds which help in the restoration and revitalizing of beta cells. Shilajit also contains fulvic acid which is a powerful antioxidant which helps the body to restore and replenish, thus helping in the healing of pancreatic tissue.
Organic Harmine Extract – A plant from the jungles of the Amazon which has been used by Amazon shaman for rituals, and made from the Banisteriopsis caapi vine may also have the ability to triple beta cell regrowth… but more studies are being done.
Please Save Our Natural Pharmacies – It’s important to understand that we have over 800 different herbal plants and foods being studied for their healing abilities for pancreatic cells. We are just in the infancy stages of understanding all of these plants. Many of them grow in large natural forests that are disappearing from the planet. So it’s vitally important that we help Mother Nature by protect all these therapeutic plants which Mother Nature has to offer. Once this natural pharmacy disappears because of global warming and other causes we will never be able to bring it back. It’s up to us to protect the planet and at the same time heal our bodies.
Finding – Some of these herbs and foods can be found on-line by Googling “Buy ___ XYZ Herb” or they can be asked for at any health food store or organic market. Others are much harder to find such as Malabar or Fig Leaf Gourd which appears just once in a while for sale. But usually the seeds of the gourd can be found on-line and can be ordered so a person can grow their own fig leaf gourds. Still others like bitter melon can be found at local Asian Markets and right now even in regular supermarkets because bitter melon is becoming very popular.
Try some of these wonderful natural herbs and foods.
Many Blessings to Everyone!
