Mulungu tree bark is a wonderful anti-anxiety herb and it also helps with insomnia. And mulungu doesn’t really have any side effects, much better than all those medications that have a long laundry list of side effects.
Where it Grows – The Mulungu Tree or Erythrina mulungu grows in Central, South America, and South Africa and has been around for a very long time, but has not really gotten much press until just lately.
