Here is a fantastic tasting vanilla milkshake which is totally organic with a very low glycemic index of 20—making it great for diabetics. Ingredients:
2 – Cups of Organic Boiled Taro Root – Cut into small pieces and frozen
2 – Cups of Crushed Ice
1 – Teaspoon of Organic Vanilla Extract
2 – Cups of Any Kind of Organic Nut Milk – Or enough to make the blender work
1/2 – Teaspoon of Organic Stevia or 2 to 3 Tablespoons of Organic Honey
(Optional) – Want a different flavor add some strawberries, or pineapple, or even cocoa powder and blend.
