“Vanilla Taro Root Milkshake”

For all those who love vanilla milkshakes and don’t want all the calories, animal products, fats, sugars, and the high glycemic index. Here is a fantastic tasting vanilla milkshake which is totally organic with a very low glycemic index of 20—making it great for diabetics. And this milkshake is quick and simple to make, and it’s sure to please everyone in the house. Plus this milkshake has all the goodness of taro root which provides long lasting energy, vitamins, minerals, Omega 3’s, and more.

This tastes like a real vanilla milkshake – Wonderful!

Taro Root Milkshake

Ingredients:

2 – Cups of Organic Boiled Taro Root – Cut into small pieces and frozen

2 – Cups of Crushed Ice

1 – Teaspoon of Organic Vanilla Extract

2 – Cups of Any Kind of Organic Nut Milk – Or enough to make the blender work

1/2 – Teaspoon of Organic Stevia or 2 to 3 Tablespoons of Organic Honey

(Optional) – Want a different flavor add some strawberries, or pineapple, or even cocoa powder and blend.

Place everything in a powerful blender and blend until smooth and then pour into a glass and that’s it! Enjoy a wonderful tasting milkshake that will give a person long lasting energy and keep them healthy, and this milkshake is great for diabetics.
