Ylang Ylang oil comes from the yellows flowers of a tree called Cananga Odorata which grows in Asia, the Caribbean, Florida, Puerto Rico, and many islands in the South Pacific including Philippines, Sumatra, Indonesia, and Java. This wonderful oil has many healing qualities including being great for healing stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, internal and external infections, and for creating great looking skin… plus it has no side effects.

Lowers Blood Pressure – Ylang Ylang oil is a wonderful way to lower a persons blood pressure by a few points. And Ylang Ylang oil has no side effects of any kind, so it’s much safer than medications. With high blood pressure afflicting everyone these days Ylang Ylang oil is very important.

Good Antioxidant – Ylang Ylang oil is also a powerful antioxidant for helping to get rid of free radicals and preventing and repair DNA damage and thus preventing disease.

Dose – Only pure ylang ylang oil should be used if taken internally, one or two drops of the oil added to water or juice works well. And for external use 5 or 6 drops added to a carrier oil such 6 tablespoons of sesame oil works well for making massage oils.

Finding – Ylang Ylang oil can be found at any health food store or can be ordered on-line by googling “buy pure ylang ylang oil”. Plus ylang ylang oil can be found on Amazon and Ebay.

No Side Effects – Ylang Ylang oil is very safe with no side effects. But it can also cause nausea and diarrhea if taken in large amounts… but that is very unusual. Of course like all herbs, supplements, and medications ylang ylang oil should not be used by those who are pregnant, nursing, or by small children.
