“My Story of Healing Terrible Back Pain”
Lots of people have back pain and they have to take lots of prescription pain pills in order to be able to get around in the world. But it doesn’t have to be that way.
There are lots of people who have terrible looking spines on X-Rays and they have no pain at all. And there are people who have very little in the way of spinal changes and have terrible pain. In fact at one time I had such terrible back pain that I would crawl from the bedroom to the car screaming all the way, and then my wife would take me to the emergency room to get a shot in order to make the pain go away. But that’s a thing of the past for me, I don’t have any aches or pains of any kind now.
Diet – When I changed my diet to a Whole Foods Plant Based Diet within 3 weeks all my back pain disappeared. I have 3 totally collapsed disks in my back, 2 fused vertebrae, and one extra wedge shaped transitional vertebrae in my back and I don’t have any pain what so ever. Inflammation from eating animal protein causes lots of pain and suffering. I also suffered from arthritis for over 40 years and that too is gone… becoming a Whole Foods Plant Based Diet person was the key.

We now have lots of studies showing that animal protein of any kind causes acid in the body and that acid causes inflammation and that inflammation causes disease.
Inversion Therapy – Inversion therapy is very important for healing back pain. Stretching out the spine and opening up the disk spaces helps to revitalize our spinal column and it also helps with blood pressure and other ailments at the same time.
Recommended Herbs – Here are a few herbs that also help with pain and inflammation that I took for my complete recovery.
Take 4 – 400 mg capsules of Devils Claw Herb – 3 or 4 times a day for pain, much better than all those prescription and over the counter drugs that have lots of side effects.
Take 4 – 250 mg capsules of Boswellia Herb – AM and PM for 7 days then then take a week off and then take it again as needed. Boswellia is a very powerful anti-inflammatory agent.
Take 4 – 400 mg capsules of Turmeric AM an PM. And turmeric has been shown to work just as well as ibuprofen in pain studies and it also works well for inflammation.
Meditation – Meditation is also vital for healing back pain. Sometimes when we have lots of anxiety, tension, and stress pain no matter where it is in our body gets worse. Muscles get tight and put pressure on nerves and that causes pain. But when we learn to meditate and let all that stress, anxiety, and tension let go then everything changes. Learning TM or Vipassana Meditation is very important for healing back pain. And the nice thing about learning and practicing meditation twice a day is that life seems to flow much easier, nothing seems to upset a person who has been practicing meditation… thus everything in life is better.
Most of all the Whole Foods Plant Based Diet is the key to healing years of terrible back pain.
