Right now lots of people are feeling overwhelmed, depressed, and feel that no one is listening…and they feel powerless. But true power comes from within not from outside and we have been conditioned to feel powerless.
If we keep looking for love out there, we keep looking for happiness out there, we keep looking for others to bolster us up and make us feel powerful. But their lies a dormant power in each and every one of us. In every cell we have the equivalent of multiple millivolts of energy, multiple that electrical energy by trillions of cells and we have lots of energy being created. Thus we are not powerless, in fact we are powerful!
And if we were to break down the atoms of the body we would create energy equivalent to trillions upon trillions of atomic bombs… very similar to the energy of the sun. So to say we are powerless is not correct, we are amazingly powerful. Yet we allow our minds to tell us we are powerless. It’s time to let go of that thinking, let go of that feeling and start taking hold of our great power. We are conditioned from the time we are born with societal pressures and the unconscious intrusions which make us feel we are powerless… in fact this is a great way to control the masses.
If one takes an bull elephant and chains him up so he can’t get away, he will soon become a custom to the fact that he can’t move. And soon the trainer can take off the chains and just use a simple rope, and the strong bull elephant will not try to break free. His mind has been placed in chains and thus he is powerless.
Take a large carnivorous fish and put him in a tank full of smaller fish and he will eat all the smaller fish right away. But if a plate of glass is placed between the large fish and the smaller fish the large fish soon learns he is powerless. Even when the plate glass is removed he does not eat the other fish, his mind has been tethered just like the bull elephant.
All the spiritual texts have always said we are powerful. Yet we allow the ropes of those who want us to be powerless to prevail. This has not changed for thousands of years, and it will not change until we decide to change our thinking.
We Have the Power!
