“We Can Heal Our Bodies and Detox Our Liver at the Same Time with Organic Food”
Anytime we take a herbs, supplements, or medications all of them have to be detoxed by our liver and that puts a heavy burden on our liver over the course of a life time. But healing with food is a different matter all together.
We have a culture of taking a pills, capsules, or medications to heal whatever we have going on in our body. But the fact of the matter is that anything that we consume in the way of herbs, supplements, and medications have to be detoxed by our liver and that creates a strain on our liver over the course of 80 plus years. But if we heal with food that’s really not the case at all. Of course food also has to be detoxed by our liver but there are many food which also detox the liver at the same time.
Take for instance any green leafy veggies such as all the salad makings that we eat. These green leafy foods are live giving not only because they alkalize the body, but because they give off photonic energy (packets of light energy) that our cells need to thrive (This is science now) they also detox our liver… and thus help us to have lots of energy and feel great in general.
Carrots are a very good detoxing food for the liver and the kidneys. In fact carrots are very similar to mothers milk according to Charlotte Gerson of the Gerson Institute fame. Carrots are a good detoxing agent for the liver and the body in general and also contain lots of fiber that helps to reduce bile and fats in the liver… thus helping to prevent fatty liver disease. The fiber in carrots combines with bile and thus helps to remove bile from the liver.
Beets are also another great detoxing agent for the liver. Beets contain betalin pigments which bind with toxins to cleans the liver and our blood at the same time. And beets are a great anti-inflammatory food and inflammation is the first step towards disease and thus preventing inflammation can prevent disease in general.
Asparagus contains lots of glutathione which is a powerful antioxidant that helps to prevent cardiovascular disease, strokes, and cancer. And it’s also a good detoxing agent and helps to fight off free radicals and prevent damage to your DNA and slow the aging process. Asparagus contains lots of anti-inflammatory agents that are important for keeping away disease, compounds such as protodioscin, diosgenin, sarasapogenin, asparainin A, rutin, isohamnetin, kaempferol, quercetin, and many more powerful anti-inflammatory agents that help with lots of disease processes including auto-immune diseases, arthritis, diabetes, heart disease, and cancer.
Studies show that artichokes contain silymarin and cynarin which are powerful phytonutrients that help detox and heal the liver. And artichokes help the liver to produce more bile thus detoxing the liver even more. Anyone who’s really interested in healthy liver should consider eating one artichoke weekly. And liver cleansing with artichokes can help with symptoms such as dry mouth, feeling dizzy, having a lack of energy, headaches, skin irritations and more.
Garlic is another great detoxing food for the liver and the kidneys. Garlic has lots of research showing that it can lower bad cholesterol (LDL Cholesterol) and triglycerides. Also helps to increase good cholesterol (HDL Cholesterol) and thus helps to prevent heart attacks and stokes. Garlic contains diallyl sulphide, quercetin, nitrosamine, aflatoxin, allin, ajoene, and more great antioxidants that slow the aging process, protect our DNA, and to heal our liver and promote liver health in general.
Cabbage and all the cruciferous vegetable including broccoli, kale, and brussels sprouts are very important for detoxing the liver and the kidneys. Cabbage boosts the bodies ability to detoxify all the toxins we have in the world today and thus also help to prevent diseases such as liver, lung, colon, stomach, and prostate cancer. Cabbage lowers cholesterol and it also detoxes the liver, and cabbage is a powerful antioxidant. A Japanese study showed that if people drink Cabbage Juice it reduced their LDL or bad cholesterol drastically.
Onions are a very powerful detoxing food for the liver and for the whole body in general. Organic onions are a powerful healing because they are full of amazing nutrients which prevent osteoporosis and cancer, have lots of antioxidants for healing our DNA, and they help to prevent heart attacks. Onions also help to prevent excessive clotting, boost our immunity, they contain relaxing agents for stress, and sulfur compounds for preventing cancer. Onions are also anti-inflammatory thus helping with arthritis, pain, swelling, redness, and they are antibacterial and anti-viral. Onions are a good detoxing agent for heavy metals, and they lower cholesterol and triglycerides… and so much more.
Thus we have lots of great foods that can detox our liver and our kidneys and also heal many health challenges at the same time.
