Full of the powerful nutrition of kale and the long life nutrients of beans, together with the powerful energy derived of corn— this dish is sure to please.

Organic Kale, Pink Beans, and Cornmeal Dumplings- Great for a Winter Meal.

Organic Kale, Pink Beans, and Cornmeal Dumplings- Great for a Winter Meal.

Ingredients for Cornmeal Dumplings:

2 – Cups of Organic Cornmeal

1/2 – Cup of Organic Gluten Free Flour

1 – Organic Veggie Salt-Free Bouillon Cube

Salt and Pepper to Taste

1 – Cup of Filtered Water— use more or less if needed for a thick batter

Take all five ingredients and make a thick batter and cook until tender and keep warm. Cook like you are cooking regular cornmeal or grits and reserve for later.

Remember hold this mixture until later

Ingredients for Kale and Pink Beans:

2 – Cups of Dry Organic Pink Beans

5 – Cups of Organic Kale Chopped

1 – Large Organic Yellow Onion Chopped

10 – Cloves of Organic Garlic Minced

2 – Cups of Organic Cilantro Chopped

4 – Organic Veggie Salt Free Bouillon Cubes

2 – Tablespoons of Ground Organic Annatto Seeds — for that nice yellow color

Salt and Pepper to Taste

Enough Filtered Water to Cover Everything and 1/3 more

Some Spray Organic Olive Oil for the Pan

Sauté the garlic and onions with the olive oil and then add the beans, kale, cilantro, bouillon cubes, ground annatto seeds, and water and cook until the beans are tender.

(Alternative method that holds in more nutrition is to use an electronic pressure cooker and cook everything for only 35 minutes on double pressure)

Next take the corn meal mixture and make small irregular balls and other shapes and place them in a serving bowl. Pour the hot beans and kale soup over the cornmeal dumplings and it’s ready to serve.

There you have it, a great stick to your ribs soup that’s great for cold winter evenings.

Along with a green salad this is a full spectrum meal.

The Life Giving Qualities of Organic Beans

Most people take beans for granted but they are very important for great health and they are very inexpensive. They are full of fiber, they contain lots of protein, and they are great for building up our probiotics, they lower our cholesterol and triglycerides, boost up our immune system, help with depression, lower and balance blood sugar, end gout, help with the inflammation of arthritis. Beans help to reverse heart disease, help to prevent cancer, and contain plant sterols that help with inflammation. Studies show that people who eat beans lower their mortality rate by at least 34%— Wow that’s pretty amazing.

Beans are not just for poor people they are great for everyone and are easy to prepare and will extend a person’s life. And research shows that those that eat beans live to be much older than those that don’t. So eat lots of beans and live a long life and save money at the same time because beans are very inexpensive.

In fact, I did a study of all the groups of people around the world that live to be over 100 years old— and the only thing they have in common is that they all ate lots of beans.

Enjoy this Wonderful Winter Dish!
