“Organic Potato, Kale, and Red Pepper Sauté”

Here is a very simple organic vegan dish that will fill a person up with great tasting hearty nutrition. This dual-purpose meal will keep a person going during the winter months or the heat of summer. This recipe takes about 20 minutes from start to finish— and everyone will enjoy it.

Ingredients:

6 – Medium Organic Russet Potatoes – Cut into Large Pieces

1 – Large Organic Red Pepper – Chopped

10 – Cups of Organic Kale – Chopped — Any other green will also work

10 – Cloves of Organic Garlic – Minced

2 – Cubes of Organic Salt-Free Veggie Bouillon

1 – Teaspoon of Organic Garlic Powder

1 1/2 – Cups of Filtered Water

Enough Spray Organic Olive Oil to Spray the Bottom of the Pan

Salt and Pepper to Taste

(Optional) – Hot Pepper Sauce

(Optional) You can also add some chopped yellow squash for more veggies if you prefer.

Spray the bottom of a large pan with olive oil and sauté the garlic until tender. Next, add the water and the potatoes and cook until fork tender. Then add the red pepper and kale and cook until the kale is wilted, then add the salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Most of the water should have disappeared by now — That’s It!
