“Dr. Haider’s Mexican Fiesta Recipe”

Here is a super easy and really tasty Mexican recipe that will feed a crowd and everyone will love it. I made this for a family gathering and it was a hit. This recipe contains all the goodness of rice and beans, fresh avocados, refried beans, tomatoes and more. And this wonderful recipe works well for a party or a large family… it’s a full meal in itself. It’s full of antioxidants, good Omega 3 oils, it’s high in protein and contains lots of fiber for growing good probiotics. Another Whole-Foods Plant-Based Recipe.

Dr. Haider’s Mexican Fiesta Dish

20 – Oz of Organic Cooked Pink or Pinto Beans – Cooked with 2 Cups of Mexican Salsa – You can also use canned organic beans in a pinch and add the salsa.

6 – Cups of Cooked Organic Brown Rice – Cook this rice with a 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, salt, pepper and 6 Organic Bouillon Veggie Salt-Free Cubes

6 – Large Organic Tomatoes – Chopped

5 – Large Organic Avocados or 8 Small Organic Avocados

72 – Oz of Organic Fat-Free Refried Beans

2 – Large Organic Onions – Chopped

12 – Cloves of Organic Garlic Cloves – Minced

1 – 12 oz Package of Organic Frozen Peas – Mashed

2 – Tablespoons of Organic Garlic Powder

Salt and Pepper to Taste

Take the refried beans and smooth them out in a 9 x 16-inch baking pan. Then mash the avocados and add the chopped onions, minced garlic, mashed peas, plus the garlic powder. Smooth out the avocado layer over the refried beans. Next, add a large layer of chopped tomatoes, and finally, add the rice and beans on top.

This is a meal in itself or it can be a great dip for chips – just take organic corn tortilla’s and cut them up and place them in the oven at 425-degrees until they true slightly brown and they are ready as chips for this amazing dish.

I love this dish and enjoy the leftovers.

This dish will keep in the frig for 3 or 4 days.

And this recipe can be made ahead for a party and kept in the fridge.

Serves 20 people or 7 really hungry guys.

 “Health Benefits of Organic Beans”

Most people take beans for granted but they are very important for great health and they are very inexpensive. Full of fiber, contain lots of protein, great for building our probiotics in our gut, they lower cholesterol and triglycerides, give our immune system a boost, help with depression, lower blood sugar and balance blood sugar, heal gout, help with the inflammation of arthritis, helps to prevent heart attacks, strokes, and even cancer.

Beans reverse heart disease, prevent cancer, and contain plant sterols that lower with inflammation.

Studies show that people who eat beans lower their mortality rate by at least 34%— Wow that’s pretty amazing.

Beans are not just for poor people they are great for everyone and are easy to prepare and will extend a persons life.

Remember – Always Eat Organic Beans – Regular beans contain up to 6 cancer-causing chemicals, 12 hormone-disrupting chemicals, and 1o other disease-causing chemicals— Not Good. Eat Organic and Stay Healthy.

Along with a green salad this is a great meal
