People asking me about this or that product and they want to have huge muscles and be strong and they are willing to take anything. Yet their body is telling them exactly what to do. Here is what I answer.
People want to have huge muscles and be powerful yet and they are willing to take over the counter muscle building compounds and even steroids that are in reality not good for the body. Their Mind/Body is screaming at them not to take these compounds. Yet they take these compounds and many of them end up in big trouble.
Take for instance a true story of a friend by the name of Robert who took some over the counter muscle building compounds just once. And right away he ended up in the hospital with terrible pancreatitis and almost died. Yet he knew this was not a good thing, but he was not willing to listen to his bodies wisdom.
All the spiritual texts it talks about the fact that God lives in our heart. And because of that, it’s important to listen to our body and not allow our body to be put at risk and end up sick or worse.
Yes, our body is transitory, this body of flesh and blood will come and go. Yet our body is a gift, and like any gift, we are given it’s important to take care of that gift and care for our body. Thus it’s especially important to listen to our bodies wisdom. We have a sixth sense about these things, we know when something feels right and doesn’t feel right. Yet, we override that feeling with ego, and our ego is willing to put us at risk… in order to look good.
So please listen to your body, listen to that God wisdom that lives within… it knows exactly what you need and don’t need.
