Number 1 – Organic Black Beans

Black Beans are super powerful anti-inflammatory food. And in Brazil, they place these little black beans on a separate level on their food pyramid because they feel they are super important… and I also feel they are very important. 

Black Beans are a potent healing agent that most people take for granted. Black beans are great for healing gout and arthritis by sooth away pain, swelling, and redness. Black beans contain anthocyanins which are also found in tart cherries, red wine, and pomegranates. Black bean broth also helps to lower blood sugar and that’s great news for diabetics, lowers cholesterol with lots of fiber, they contain B – Vitamins that nourish the nervous system and thus improves mood and boosts vitality. 

Black beans contain 8 wonderful flavonoids such as kaempferol, nalvidin, delphinidin, quercetin, and petunidin, that help to prevent colon cancer and other types of prevalent cancers. 

Studies show that eating black beans prevents cancerous growths in the colon, and black beans contain molybdenum which is important for healing impotence… and for detoxing the body. Plus black bean broth also contains iron and copper for preventing and healing anemia. Plus lots of fiber that helps grow good probiotic bacteria in our gut… thus boosting up our immune system.

Garlic contains germanium which in studies slows the progression of cancer, and in mice has been able to prevent cancer completely. Studies show that people who eat raw garlic daily have a much lower probability of coming down with stomach and colon cancer.

Garlic contains allicin which in double-blind studies has been shown to cut your probability of coming down with a cold or flu by 50%. But allicin must be taken in its natural form as fresh garlic. Garlic can help prevent the accumulation of fats in the liver.

Garlic has been shown to heal away plaques in arteries… and thus help to improve cardiovascular disease, strokes, and other diseases. Garlic has lots of research showing that it can lower bad cholesterol (LDL Cholesterol) and triglycerides. Also helps to increase good cholesterol (HDL Cholesterol) and thus helps to prevent heart attacks and strokes.

And kale is part of the cabbage family—all of which contain colon cancer-preventing nutrients, plus kale boosts our metabolism and helps us lose weight.

Green live veggies like kale are important. To lower the cost of organic live veggies contract with an organic farmer in your area. Cut out the middleman and thus reap the benefits of lower cost, which is lower than regular food at supermarkets and these farmers also deliver. Also add in other types of veggies, including the red veggies, orange, white, purple, all of these different types of veggies are important for great health.

Kale is full of lots of nutrients found in green leafy veggies that will alkalize our body… and it’s full of Vitamins, A (more than 500% of your RDA of Vitamin A), C (More than 200%), and B6 and K (About 700%) and also calcium, manganese, and potassium. 

Kale also contains iron for building our red blood cells and preventing anemia and boosting vitality. And kale, broccoli, spinach, lettuce, turnip greens, Swiss chard, and many other greens are full of live enzymes that we need to stay healthy. And most of these green veggies should be consumed raw but they can also be cooked. Remember up to 75% of all nutrients and 100 % of all live enzymes are lost when we cook food.

Plus kale contains lots of lutein and zeaxanthin that are great for preventing macular degeneration. Raising our own greens in your yard, or in pots inside, or having organic greens delivered to our door by organic farmers is super inexpensive.

Simple Anti-inflammatory Recipe – Brown your organic garlic in a none stick pan, then add some chopped organic kale and wilt it all, and then add some cooked organic black beans… add some spices such as organic Curry Powder or Low-Salt Mexican Seasoning and a little bit of organic tomato paste, a bit of water… salt and pepper to taste… and you have a quick and powerful anti-inflammatory meal.
