Here is a simple to make and super tasty salad that can be made in minutes that will do the body good. On a hot summer day, this filling salad really hits the spot for lunch or dinner. Full of lots of anti-inflammatory compounds, lots of Vitamin C, protein, plus it’s very alkalizing to keep away disease.

Delicious Garlicky Black Bean Quinoa Salad – Anti-inflammatory, Full of Vitamin C, Lots of Protein, Very Alkalizing
Another Whole-Foods Plant-Based Recipe
Ingredients for Organic Fat-Free Garlicky Salad Dressing
8 – Cloves of Organic Garlic
2 – Tablespoons of Organic Stone Ground Mustard
1 – Cup of Organic White Beans – Cooked
Enough Organic White Vinegar to Make the Blender Work
Just a touch of Organic Stevia or Honey
Blend Well – That’s It!
Ingredients for Salad
4 – Cups of Organic Quinoa – Cooked
2 – Cups of Organic Black Beans – Cooked
2 – Cups of Organic Cucumber – Chopped
2 – Cups of Organic Kale – Chopped
1 – Large Organic Tomato – Chopped
1 – Large Organic Red Bell Pepper – Chopped
Mix everything together and add salad dressing.
Serves 10 people
This keeps well in the frig for 2 or 3 days.
Add the salad dressing just before serving.
