Biceps Curls for Great Health- I am almost 65 and Feeling like 20 – Really
I do 100 of these… but that will take time for you… work up to it.
My process is 80% diet and 20% exercise.
I am going to be 65 in September and I don’t have any aches or pains, I don’t take any medications and I feel like I am 20 years old— REALLY!
