“Great for Weight Loss, It’s Anti-inflammatory, Plus it’s Full of Vitamins and Antioxidants”
Here is a simple soup that is reminiscent of a Japanese soup. It’s super easy to make and full of great nutrition. This soup can be made from start to finish in 20 minutes. Full of lots of powerful vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory agents. Plus this soup is low in calories making it great for weight loss… one of my favorite evening meals.

“Japanese Style Soup with Greens and Noodles” — “Great for Weight Loss, It’s Anti-inflammatory, Plus it’s Full of Vitamins and Antioxidants”
Another Whole-Foods Plant-Based Recipe
Ingredients:
2 – Cups of Organic Brown Rice Thick or Thin Noodles – Cooked
6 – Cups of Organic Greens – Chopped – I used Organic Horseradish Leaves, Kale, and Spinach but any kind of green will work.
8 – Roasted Organic Garlic Cloves – Whole or Cut in Half
4 – Cubes of Organic Salt-Free Veggie Bouillon
2/3rds – Cup of Organic Red Peppers of Any Kind – Cut in Large Pieces
1 – Medium Organic Onion – Sliced into Rings or Chopped
Enough Filtered Water to Cover Everything
Salt to Taste – Use the salt sparingly
(Optional) – Add a Dash of Organic Hot Sauce, Organic Soy Sauce, or Horseradish or Wasabi for more Flavor.
Take onions and garlic and sauté them in a large pot with a little bit of water until translucent. Then add everything else except the greens and simmer until everything is tender and the noodles are not overcooked. Then add the chopped greens and simmer just until the greens just change color… you don’t want to overcook your greens and lose nutrients… remove from the heat right away.
Let cool and serve
