“Prevents Cancer, Anti-Inflammatory, High in Protein, Super Low Fat, Lowers Cholesterol, Helps with Pain, and Improves Liver and Kidney Function”
Here is a wonderful dish that I made for my birthday gathering last week. This dish is super simple to make and full of lots of healing nutrients. It helps to prevent cancer, it’s anti-inflammatory, relieves pain, it’s high in protein and low in fat. Plus it lowers cholesterol and improves liver and kidney function. And this dish is so tasty that it disappeared from our table… it was gone. You are sure to love this wonderful recipe.
Another Whole-Foods Plant-Based Recipe
2 – Cups of Organic Brown Rice – You Can Use Organic Rice of Any Kind
3 – Cups of Organic Red Bell Pepper – Roasted and Skin Removed and Sliced Thin
2 – Cups of Organic Green Peas – Cooked – Or you can use Cooked Pigeon Peas as I did here that contain more protein.
1 – Cup of Organic Garbanzo Beans – Cooked
1 – Large Organic Yellow Onion – Chopped Fine
8 – Cloves of Organic Garlic – Minced
4 – Organic Bay Leaves – Whole
2- Medium Organic Potatoes – Chopped Fine with the Skin On
1 – Cup of Organic Cabbage – Chopped Very Fine
1 1/2 – Teaspoons Full of Organic Turmeric Powder — gives the dish that wonderful yellow color
2 – Cups of Organic Cilantro – Chopped
2 – Tablespoons of Organic Tomato Paste
3 – Organic Salt-Free Veggie Bouillon Cubes
1 – Tablespoon of Mrs. Dash Seasoning
1 – Tablespoon of Organic Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Enough Filtered Water to Cover Everything
(Optional) Hot Pepper Sauce if you like it spicy
Take the onion and garlic and sauté them in a pan with just a little water. Add everything else and more water and simmer until everything is tender. Then add a little more water and bring to a boil and then add the rice and simmer. If the water goes down… add a bit more water until the rice is almost tender and then shut off the heat and cover and let sit for 30 minutes.
Let cool and serve with a nice green salad for a full spectrum meal.
