“Anti-Inflammatory, Full of Antioxidants, Lots of Vitamin D, a Low Glycemic Index, Lots of Magnesium for Restful Sleep, and Helps with Good Mood and Creates Lots of Sustained Energy”
Here is a wonderful tasting dessert that anyone can make in 20 minutes… it’s so simple. Full of the goodness of sweet potatoes or yams. This dessert helps with inflammation such as arthritis, it’s full of Vitamin D for glucose regulation, also has a low glycemic index, lots of magnesium for a good nights rest, full of disease-preventing antioxidants, and boosts up your mood and give you lots of sustained energy. I have to say this is my favorite sweet potato dish so far… you will love it.
“Another Whole-Foods Plant-Based Recipe”
4 – Large Organic Sweet Potatoes or Golden Yams – Cooked and Cooled and Mashed.
1/2 – Teaspoon of Now Brand Stevia Powder – or a little bit less or more depending upon the brand you use.
1 – Tablespoon of Organic Ground Cinnamon
1/3 – Teaspoon of Organic Ground Nutmeg
1 – Grated Outer Peel of an Organic Lemon – For a little bit of zing
Mash everything together and place this mash into a 9 x 15-inch pan
2 – Cups of Organic Mixed Nuts
1 – Cup of Organic Oatmeal
1/2 – Teaspoon of Now Brand Stevia Powder
1 1/2 – Teaspoons of Organic Ground Cinnamon
(Optional) Some fresh cranberries for the garnish
Place all the topping ingredients in a blender or a food processor and create a coarse mixture… not too fine it will become a sticky powder after a while.
Now, place the topping on the mashed sweet potatoes or yams and place in the frig until cool… that’s it… no baking at all.
Cut into serving slices and serve
Serves 15 people or 6 hungry guys
