“Anti-inflammatory, Full of Vitamin A, Sugar-Free, Helps to Lower and Regulate Blood Sugar, Full of Anticancer Agents, Lowers Cholesterol, Full of Pre-Probiotic Building Agents, High in Antioxidants and More”
Here is a wonderful chocolate pie dessert that is wonderful… very smooth and creamy. And it’s so simple to make and takes no time at all to put together. And it’s jam-packed full of healthy healing nutrients that will do the body good. Full of anticancer agents, lots of antioxidants, lowers cholesterol, it’s sugar-free, helps to lower and regulate blood sugar, it’s anti-inflammatory and it’s full of great pre-probiotic building fiber that helps to grow good bacteria in your gut so you can be healthy.
Another Whole-Foods Plant-Based Recipe
Ingredients for Crust:
2 – Cups of Organic Rolled Oatmeal
1 – Tablespoon of Organic Vanilla Extract
1 – Teaspoon of Organic Ground Cinnamon
1 – Medium Ripe Organic Pear
1/3 – Cup of Mixed Organic Nuts
1 1/2 – Teaspoons of “Now” Brand Organic Stevia Powder – Your brand might be more or less
Place all of this in a blender or food processor and process into a coarse mixture.
Then spread a thin layer of this on the bottom of a 9 x 12 baking dish for the crust.
Ingredients for Filling:
1 – Cup of Organic Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
3 – Cups of Organic Pitted Dates
5 – Cups of Cooked Organic Pumpkin – Chopped – You can even leave the skin on – you won’t taste the pumpkin only the chocolate.
2 – Tablespoons of Organic Vanilla Extract
2 – Tablespoons of “Now” Brand Organic Stevia Powder – Your brand might be more or less — check the sweetness you might like it sweeter or less sweet
1 – Medium Organic Ripe Pear
Just a little bit of water to blend everything—not much
Blend everything until smooth and then pour over the crust and spread out evenly.
Then place in the fridge and let cool completely.
Serves 15 people — and it’s very chocolatey and smooth — Wonderful
And if you freeze the whole thing… it’s like eating a frozen fudge ice-cream… yummy.
Remember – Eat Organic – Regular fruits, veggies, and grains contain from 30 to 50 toxic cancer-causing chemicals, hormone-disrupting chemicals, and other disease-causing chemicals… Not Good… Eat Organic and Stay Healthy.
