Tagged and even changes our DNA, And if we dwell on the negative we never move forward, and that inflammation causes diseases, And that stress chemistry causes inflammation, And the mall was filled with people, and they have lots of physical ailments and healthy challenges, and toiletries to lots of people, But this year things are a bit more upbeat, Dr. Paul Haider, Every negative thought changes our physical chemistry creating stress, Everyone was trying to do their best during a difficult time, Having a Great Life, Healing, Health, HH, I Pray for a Better Christmas for Everyone, I see a lot of people who dwell on the negative all the time, If we dwelled on the past we never move forward, it was difficult, Last year we had some very difficult times here in Puerto Rico, Maria hitting us a couple months before Christmas, Master Herbalist, Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to Everyone, my wife and I were taking food, on the island who lost everything, our power of resilience, our power to overcome and focus on the good things no matter what happens, Perhaps that’s our great power, Photo, spiritual teacher, to say the least, trying to recharge their phones and laptops at the mall, trying to stay cool because it was extremely hot, USA, water
