    Hi Paul,
Excellent article. I was hoping you could help clear some confusion i’ve been having with leaky gut. You mention to take herbs like slippery elm for instance. Isn’t it possible for this herb to leak into the blood, & thereby create an immune response leading to more inflammation? From my understanding, slippery elm is not digested by our body. I ask you this because i’ve been refraining from using various supplements (slippery elm, marshmallow root, bentonite clay, etc) for this reason..
Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

      Hi-Morris,

I have not seen this happen over the last 25 years – nothing is impossible but so far I have not noticed this happening.

Hi Paul, I came across your page as I was researching H Pylori that I have recently been diagnosed with and been put on the 3x antibiotic and niacin therapy. I have been suffering with the symptoms of extreme hunger for years now, which led to anxiety and depression. The Doctor’s answer to it was to put me on SSRIs and Benzos. As I am reading H Pylori’s symptoms, I am finding out that many of my concerns over the years might be very well related to HP.
I would love to hear your thoughts on this and how I can support my digestive system.
    I appreciate your time.

    Hi Paul,
Just came across your site. Sounds like your in the groove! Have too long of a personal story to go into but I agree with what you said about magnatism. I’m excited about how our understanding and enlightenment happens in a series of steps and growth is not always easy. Sometimes there’s a struggle for truth. But I think when one genuinely desires and seeks wisdom then it will be revealed to them. I’m happy for you and happy that you are able to express the journey and pass it on to others! I was trying to open up some of the headings on your site but they didn’t open? Maybe you can help me with that?
