Black pepper, onions, garlic, pigweed, cabbage, cod liver oil, dandelion, parsley, red clover, horse tail, alfalfa, — all of these will either help strengthen bones, add calcium, or help with estrogen so you don’t lose calcium.
But make sure you check with your doctor!
