Cramp Bark is a shrub found in Upper US, Europe, and Asia.
The Cramp Bark shrub has white flowers and dark bark, it also has red leaves in the winter and red berries.
Works great for muscles, especially smooth muscle, but all muscles in general.
Works great for menstrual cramps, high blood pressure, general muscle cramps, general body pains, tension headaches, GI tract cramps, muscle strain, asthma, and arthritis. Also works well for those night calf cramps caused by artificial colors, sweeteners, and food additives.
Cramp Bark does not have any side effects in normal doses.
