“Evodia lepta Herb – A Healing Herb from Asia”

Evodia lepta or the Bee Bee Tree as it’s known in the West is a tree that grows in China and Korea. The bark and fruit of the tree make a great tea for healing many health challenges. Great for Diarrhea – Evodia is great for healing diarrhea and dysentery because it’s slightly astringent.

Nausea and Vomiting – Evodia also works well for soothing away nausea,  vomiting, bloating, and gastric reflux. And it can also used in combination with ginger and ginseng for vomiting.

Strengthens Nervous System – Evodia strengthen our nervous system as it weakens with age.

Slightly Toxic if Used in Excess – Evodia can be slightly toxic if used in excess because evodia is mild stimulant for the nervous system. But there have never been any side effects noted when taking evodia with supervision. And of course it’s always best to work with a good Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner when using evodia. And those who are pregnant or nursing should never use evodia or any other herb or medication.
