Collection – Ze Xie is a water tuber that us usually harvested like most tubers in the winter when the plant is dormant so most of the nutrients are in the tuber. It’s sliced, dried, baked in salt water or soaking in rice wine… and then many times made into a powder.

Taste – Ze Xie is slightly bitter with a bit of sweet smell that’s powerful.

Diuretic – Ze Xie is an extremely powerful diuretic that works well for retain water.
