Last week I turned 64 years old… but I feel like 20… I have no aches, no pains, no illnesses, and I don’t take any medications and I have lots of energy.
I do 100 pull-ups,
100 pushups,
100 crunches,
walk 6.5 to 7.5 miles a day
and work out with weights.
