Delicious Asian Garlic and Ginger Noodle Soup

Here is a super simple great tasting noodle soup that will warm your heart and do your body good. This soup is full of lots of healthy and tasty nutrients which will keep you going all day long. And it’s very healing and helps to prevent cancer, helps with inflammation, helps to lower blood pressure, lowers cholesterol, helps with your cold and the flu… and much more. This delicious soup has lots of garlic flavor and big chunks of garlic that are also tasty and help keep you healthy and also help with your cold and flu. 

Delicious Asian Garlic & Ginger Noodle Soup – “Anti-Cancer, Anti-inflammatory, Lowers Blood Pressure, Prevents Migraines, Lowers Cholesterol, Powerful Antioxidant, Helps with Your Cold and the Flu, and Much More”

Ingredients:

8 – Oz of Any Kind of Whole Grain Organic Noodle – This Happens to be Quinoa Pasta 

2 – Cups of Organic Sliced Carrots 

2 – Cups of Organic Zucchini – Sliced 

1 – Small Organic Red Pepper – Sliced

2 – Cups of Organic Greens – Coarsely Chopped – I used Horseradish Greens but Kale also works well and Spinach or Any Other Greens. 

1/2 – Cup of Organic Whole Ginger – Cut into Large 1 Inch Pieces 

12 – Whole Organic Garlic Cloves – Cut in Half 

1 – Medium Organic Yellow Onion – Chopped 

3 – Tablespoons of Organic Garlic Powder 

3 – Salt-Free Organic Veggie Bouillon Cubes 

Enough Filtered Water to the Cook Noodles and For the Soup

(Optional) Organic Soy Sauce 

(Optional) Organic Hot Sauce 

In a large pot take the onion and sauté it in a bit of water until translucent. Then add all the rest of the ingredients (Except the Noodles) and simmer until tender. 

I like to add my cooked noodles to the bowl and then pour the hot soup over the noodles. And you can keep extra noodles in the fridge and heat up the leftover soup and pour it over the noodles and you have soup in no time at all. 

Even those large chunks of ginger are very tasty and make the broth delicious. 

Serves 12 People or 4 Hungry Guys
