“3 Proven Ways to Detox the Liver Without Herbs or Supplements”
Our world is full of toxins so we need to detox our liver on a regular basis in order to keep our immune system functioning correctly. Every single food, drink, and everything we take in is detoxed by our liver and that puts a very heavy load on our liver which can lead to immune problems, sluggishness, lack of vitality, brain fog, aches, pains, skin lesions, depression, irritability, anger, just not feeling right and many more symptoms. But there is help here are 3 proven ways to detox the liver without herbs or supplements and have great energy and feel good again.
Organic Green Juice Liver Detox – One of the easies of all ways to detox the liver is with lots of green juices. Green juices are very healing for the liver and thus drinking 2 to 6 glasses of green juice daily can make all the difference in the world. This could be kale juice, cucumber, turnip greens, beet greens, Swiss chard greens, and any number of greens juiced or blended with a little bit of fruit to make it sweet and good tasting. Thus boosting up their energy level and at the same time cleansing away that foggy mind… and thus leading a person to a simpler way of eating. This body cleans is very popular even with some of the biggest weight loss TV program, people in drug abuse programs, and it’s very popular with Ayurvedic Medicine. The combination of organic mung beans and brown rice is a simple and nutritious food that will do the body good. And a person can buy organic mung beans at any Asian market and organic brown rice everywhere. Cook a cup of brown rice and a 1/2 cup of cooked mung beans and add 1 1/2 tablespoons of ground coriander seed and salt and pepper to taste. Eat as much as you like, and make this your total diet for the whole day other than drinking water. This diet is very simple and will help a person feel great. Stay on this diet for at least 3 and up to 7 days. And revisit this diet at least once a month to keep feeling great.
Organic Coffee Enema Liver Detox – There are vessels from the liver that connect to the lower part of the colon. Those vessels move coffee directly to the liver without going through the rest of the GI tract. Right after having a coffee enema there is an immediate effect, the hepatic portal system moves the coffee compounds into the liver. Then add back enough water to make a complete quart and let cool to body temperature.
Make sure the enema tube is clamp off, and now add the coffee to the enema bag. Hang the bag up about 1 1/2 to 2 feet above your body and lay on your right side on the floor in the bathroom and insert the tip of enema tube, now open the clamp to allow the coffee to flow in. When all the coffee is in, close the clamp and remove the tube. Now hold the coffee in while laying on your right side for 15 minutes, then get up and use the toilet. Right away a person will start to feel better… it really does work. Doing a coffee enema once a month will keep a person feeling wonderful.
