Taste – This fruit reminds me of custard and it is very sweet, and it’s creamy and has a cream or white color inside… really delicious.
Full of Vitamin C – Vitamin C is one of the most powerful antioxidants that we have and this fruit contains lots of wonderful healing antioxidants that help to prevent and heal DNA damage.
Helps with Arthritis – Sweetsop leaf tea is also great for inflammation and helping with arthritis and joint pain.
Making Sweetsop Leaf Tea – Take 3 or 4 leaves and place them in a cup of boiling water and let steep for 15 minutes and drink… drink 3 or 4 times a day for no more than 7 to 10 days.
