“Anti-Inflammatory, Full of Antioxidants, Lowers Blood Pressure, Lowers Cholesterol, Lots of Magnesium for Great Sleep, and Much More”
If you have a sweet tooth and love desserts this recipe is sure to please. I just made this dessert this morning so it’s still warm… Yummy. Served either hot or cold this dessert is just amazing and I am sure you will love it. And this dessert is full of lots of great healing agents that will do the body good. This recipe is super easy to make — about 15 minutes from start to popping it into the oven. And it is anti-inflammatory, full of Vitamins B’s, E, and K… full of lots of antioxidants, promotes good bladder health and sexual health. Plus it also full of magnesium for better sleep, and nutrients that lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure, and lots of great fiber for the growth of probiotics.
“Another Whole-Foods Plant-Based Recipe”
2 1/2 – Pounds of Organic Apples of Any Kind – Cut into Slices
2 – Cups of Organic Fresh Cranberries – Whole – Or you can use dried cranberries.
1 – Cup of Organic Pumpkin Seeds
1 – Teaspoon of “Now” Brand Organic Stevia Powder – Your measure may be different if you use a different brand
1 – Tablespoon of Organic Cinnamon Powder
2 – Cups of Organic Almond Flour – Or you can use oatmeal flour
1/2 – Cup of Organic Tapioca Flour
1 – Teaspoon of Organic Baking Soda
1 – Teaspoon of Organic Baking Powder
2 – Teaspoons of Organic Vanilla Extract
1 – Cup of Organic Rolled Oats
1/2 – Teaspoon of Salt
1 – Cup of Filtered Water
1/2 – Cup of Organic Honey – for the topping.
In a deep 9 inch by 15-inch baking pan add the cut up apples, cranberries, and pumpkin seeds. Then add half the stevia and cinnamon and mix well.
Next, use a large bowl and add both flours and the baking soda and baking powder, the vanilla extract, the rest of the cinnamon and the salt. And then add 1 cup of water and mix well into a thick batter.
Pour the batter over the apple mixture and then add the rolled oats onto and then shake on a bit of cinnamon.
Pop into a 425 Degree Oven for 1 Hour or Until the Top is Nice and Brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool.
Slice and pour on a bit of honey on each serving.
Serves 10 People
Remember to eat organic – Regular fruits, veggies, and grains contain from 30 to 50 disease-causing chemicals in them… not good. So eat organic and stay healthy.
