Here is a wonderful blue corn pizza crust that’s to die for. And the pizza is very tasty with lots of garlic, kale, and spicy oven roasted potatoes. This pizza is easy to make and will make everyone want more, and it’s naturally gluten free and dairy free. And this pizza is full of great nutrition for the whole family.
Blue Corn Pizza Crust Ingredients:
2 – Cups of Organic Blue Cornmeal
1- Cup of Organic Gluten Free Pizza Mix or All Purpose Gluten Free Flour
2 – Teaspoons of Organic Aluminum Free Baking Powder
1/3 – Cup Organic Olive Oil or 1/3 Cup of Organic Grape Seed Mayo
2 – Tablespoons Organic Agave Nectar or Honey
1 1/2 Cups of Organic Nut Milk of Choice
2 – Teaspoons of Organic White Vinegar
1/2 – Teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt
(Optional) – A Little Bit of Cayenne Pepper for a Spicy Crust
Mix everything and pour into a 17 inch cast iron pan that has been sprayed with a little bit of organic olive oil (or any other oven proof pan). Bake for 35 minutes in a preheated oven until the crust is slightly brown and springs back to the touch.
Garlicky Organic Kale Ingredients:
12 – Cups of Organic Kale Chopped
12 – Cloves of Organic Garlic Minced
4 – Tablespoons of Organic Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Add olive oil to a large sauté pan with the garlic and brown the garlic. Then wilt the kale and add some salt and pepper to taste. Then reserve this mixture for making the pizza.
Spicy Organic Oven Roasted Potato Ingredients:
5 – Large Organic Russet Potatoes with the Skins – Cut into Large Pieces
2 – Tablespoons of Organic Mild or Spicy Chili Powder
4 – Tablespoons of Organic Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Mix all the ingredients until all the potato pieces are cover with olive oil and spices. Then place on a cookie sheet in a 500 degree oven for 40 minutes or until the potatoes are nice and brown. Remove from the oven and let cool and reserve for making the pizza.
Spicy Sauce for Pizza Ingredients:
6 – Tablespoons of Organic Grape Seed Mayo
1/2 – Teaspoon of Organic Chili Flakes
1/3 – Cup of Filtered Water
Mix all the ingredients together in a powerful blender and reserve for making pizza.
Making the Pizza
Take the cool pizza crust while still in the pan and place the garlicky kale on the crust. Next add the spicy oven roasted potatoes on top the kale, then drizzle with a little bit of the spicy sauce. Warm the pizza and then cut into individual slices — That’s It!
